Our Mission
“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Mathew 28:18-20
We intend to be a Church for All; the Gospel to All; Missions from All and to All; Christ Is All and In All, Equipping & Empowering All for the works of Ministry.
The believers our base unit, who form strong families; become members of strong and vibrant community fellowships; responsible citizens and building blocks to stronger influence of nations for Christ.
Join us as we proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ with renewed mandate to each generation.

Leadership Development
• Equip Leaders at every level for the works of ministry
• Expand theological Training to all key workers
• Resuscitate Resource Planning and forecasting
• Encourage ministry Training for Young People
• Take steps to have fulltime Christian workers
• Source for Leadership development funding from Churches and Partners

Church planting
• Support existing Churches through regional structures into vibrancy
• Seek to plant other Churches in areas such as Liverpool, Norfolk, Wales, Ireland and Scotland (Luton??)
• Ordain 5 Pastors and Licence 4 during this term
• Promote young people to lead the Church: aim to have 10 young people in active ministry

Acquire buildings and facilities
• Support the acquisition of Places of Worship both at local Level at Local Level
• Revisit the Building Committee outputs and aim to acquire at least one building within the next five years
• Encourage local Churches to set aside resources for Building acquisition
• Partner with other denominations who are closing down congregations to ensure we get to the market

Reaching out to the Nations
• Promote Multi-cultural Church Agenda
• Partner with IBICA, Anabaptists and Other Missional partners in multiculturalism
• To be a church that is younger and more diverse
• Be relevant to the communities we serve through market studies and engagement
Terms of Reference
The four areas listed above are not exhaustive and more can be added on the list as we progress. The administrative functions and compliance issues have been left out since these will be tailored to support the overall Church Mission.The following are some of the activities that will form the Overseer’s Itinerary:
- Set meetings as a board 4 times a year (quarterly). Visit each congregation twice a year and to engage with the congregation through the regional chairs
- Meet with the Pastors 3 times a year
- Have collective ministry leaders’ meeting twice a year
- Network nationally and internationally to promote the BICC in the UK in Church Growth and Church Planting with our fraternal partners
